Aged for two years prior to release our Cabernet Sauvignon is a pleasure to drink. It is incredibly smooth given the robust flavours of the fruit. Having been picked in May the grapes were allowed to ripen fully giving rise to a 13.5% alc. Vol.
A medium bodied wine showing black currant and mint integrated well with cinnamon-like oak. The palate is lightly structured with firm tannins providing good structure and length.
Slow cooked marinated red meat will live up to this wine.
