Premium Cabernet Sauvignon Aged for two years prior to release our Cabernet Sauvignon is a pleasure to drink. It is incredibly smooth given the robust flavours of the fruit. Having been picked in May the grapes were allowed to ripen fully giving rise to a 13.5% alc. Vol. Andrew Ewert chose to age the Cabernet Sauvignon in new, 1,2 and 3 year old french oak hogsheads. This has resulted in beautifully integrated oak characteristics. "A medium bodied wine showing black currant and mint integrated well with cinnamon-like oak.
