Yielding less than 4 tonnes per acre, our Chardonnay is hand picked at 13 degrees baume.. March and April in Orange are cool and dry which allows the sugar levels to rise slowly and the fruit flavours to intensify. Careful aging in French barriques gives this vintage classic traces of white peach with a creamy butterscotch finish.
