Liquor License
Sales of alcohol products made through the website are made pursuant to New South Wales Liquor Licence No. 24009652.
Delivery of Goods
Please allow five working days for delivery of purchases to you door. If there is a supply problem or delay you will be contacted by email or telephone by Peter or Julie.
Breakages
All wines are packed in standard safe compartments. Should an accident happen please inform Peter or Julie and we will identify the cause and assess the loss. We will replace any wine that breaks due to our negligence but not in the case where some other negligence is admitted.

Returns
Any Mortimer’s wine that is returned to us due to spoilage or quality concerns will be happily replaced. The returned bottle(s) must be 75% full so we can have it assessed for quality control.
